I’m a spaceholder by nature, compelled to create being spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with the natural world. My work is grounded in nervous system (co)regulation: embodied practices that cultivate safety, presence, and the trust that allows something deeper to open.

What I care about most is that you get to show up as the most authentic version of yourself, heart and soul, and everything that’s alive in your human experience, right here, right now.

There is little I find more meaningful than holding space in this way.
