Nerea Carryon is a facilitator of intimacy, embodiment and human connection, and the founder of UNFOLD.

For more than fifteen years, she has designed and facilitated transformational workshops exploring confidence, authentic expression, embodiment and relationships. Her work is guided by one central question: What allows human beings to feel safe enough to become fully themselves?

Originally trained in Economics, she left a successful career in international finance to follow a deep inner calling into the world of Tantra. She lived and volunteered within a Tantra community in Portugal, where her personal search for healing became the foundation of her life’s work, before continuing to deepen her studies and facilitation in Thailand, where the first Love Temple Immersion was born.

For the past six years, Tantra has been at the heart of her work, offering a foundation from which she explores intimacy, conscious sexuality, embodiment and authentic human connection. Rooted in conscious touch, Contact Improvisation, nervous system awareness and relational practices, her facilitation blends depth with playfulness, structure with intuition and genuine presence.

She is an ISTA graduate, creator of an international Tantric Massage Practitioner Training, founder of the Love Temple Immersion, and founder of UNFOLD, where she continues designing immersive experiences that invite people into greater presence, trust and authenticity.

She believes the deepest transformation happens when we stop trying to become someone else and finally feel safe enough to come home to ourselves.
